Refund policy

At littleRooots, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. Since we deal with premium toys and baby essentials, safety and hygiene are our topmost priorities.

Returns & Exchanges Window

  • 7-Day Window: We offer a strict 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of product delivery.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your toy or essential item must be unused, unplayed with, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all boxes, manuals, and tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For strict hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened feeding bowls, teethers, pacifiers, or personalized toys cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong toy, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at littlerooots.support@gmail.com with clear photos/videos of the product and its packaging. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement immediately.

Refunds Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5-7 business days
